I was born and raised in the Hill City, MN area. My father provided me with lots of outdoor equipment at a young age. I hunted, trapped, and fished while my father was at work.

I spent lots of time outdoors developing my skills and talents. I also built up an array of top secret fishing and hunting spots which have provided Hang Loose Outdoors special niches especially in the winter.

I graduated from Crookston University with a Bachelor's Degree in Natural Resources Management. I worked as a Forester for Koochiching County for 7 years. Now, I am a forester with Bell Lumber and Pole.

Today, I manage my family time wisely, while still trying to embark on some of the Hang Loose Outdoors' trips...
